Share Your Voice on The HR Forum
Welcome to The HR Forum
Brought to you by The HR Guys, we have created a new space for people who care about HR and want to contribute their views.
The aim is to build a community where ideas, experiences, and practical insights can be shared in an open and supportive environment.
The forum is in the early stages, so the setup is simple.
As more people get involved, we plan to grow the site and invest in stronger promotion.
Traffic will build over time, and every contribution will be shared through our LinkedIn channels, newsletter, Substack, and Instagram, giving your work meaningful visibility across the HR community.
We want contributions from anyone with a genuine interest in HR.
Different perspectives make the forum stronger and help the community learn from each other.
Why might you want to contribute?
You may be looking for a new role and want to show how you think.
Writing gives hiring managers a clearer sense of your approach than a CV or short LinkedIn post.
You could share your view on topics people are actively discussing, such as change management, AI in HR, employee experience, organisational culture, remote work, or reward.
You could reflect on a situation you have handled and explain what you learned.
You could also write about what you see happening in the market.
Pieces like this help employers understand how you solve problems and communicate, which sets you apart when looking for your next opportunity.
You may run a business that supports HR teams.
You can contribute by sharing practical advice, insights from your work, or trends you are seeing.
This might include onboarding tips, wellbeing ideas, early careers support, pay benchmarking insight, HR technology observations, or employment law updates.
This approach lets people see the value of your thinking without feeling that they are reading an advert.
We simply ask that any self-promotion be kept sensible.
We are relaxed about crossover, as multiple viewpoints on the same topic often create richer conversations.
You may simply enjoy writing about HR and want to explore ideas, trends, or challenges.
You might want to reflect on something you have seen at work, a recent discussion, or a shift you have noticed across the profession.
Topics could include hybrid working, leadership, retention, culture, or the evolving role of HR.
If you already have your own blog, we can link to it so readers can find more of your work.
This gives you a simple way to reach a wider HR audience while building your own platform.
The HR Forum is designed to be a positive place where people support each other and share ideas that help the community grow.
Your contribution gives others something new to think about, and the more people who take part, the stronger the forum becomes.
If you would like to contribute, email hello@thehr.forum, and we can talk through your idea.
A simple way to share your voice and help build something together.
